OSLOMET

OSLOMET is a state university located in the Norwegian city of Oslo, where I worked within the AI Lab as a researcher. My duties were:

  • Looking for fundraising opportunities within EU research programs.
  • Technical writing and supervision of the project proposals.
  • Budgeting and roadmap.
  • Technical lead of the interdisciplinary team, including OSLOMET, a media partner, and a big-data company.

CTTC

CTTC is a technology research and development center for communication systems and geomatics, where I worked within the Sustainable Artificial Intelligence unit as a researcher. My duties were:

  • Looking for fundraising opportunities within EU research programs.
  • Technical writing and supervision of the project proposals.
  • Budgeting and roadmap.
  • Technical lead of the interdisciplinary team, including CTTC, a biology research institution, and an industrial partner.

SCAVENGE

SCAVENGE  is a EU-funded project within the H2020 Marie Skłodowska Curie Action – Innovative Training Network framework.

It introduces the concept of Sustainable 5G Mobile Network, based on the premise that environmental energy can be scavenged through dedicated harvesting hardware, so as to power the mobile system elements like base stations, mobile terminals, and sensors.

I led the Integration with the Smart Grid research line for three years. My duties as a researcher were:

  • Driving research efforts, including analyzing potential scenarios and goals.
  • Managing a team of three researchers.
  • Technical supervision of research outcomes.
  • Technical writing of EU deliverables and research publications.
  • Revision of research publications.
  • Public speaking and research engagement at top international venues.

UPCT

UPCT is a public technical university located in the Spanish city of Cartagena, where I worked within the IT engineering department as a researcher for several years. My duties were:

  • Driving research efforts on energy efficiency within mobile networks.
  • Technical writing of research publications.
  • Revision of research publications.
