Overview of my experience crafting documentation for various companies, incorporating docs-as-code practices and user-friendly product design.

Camunda

Camunda enables organizations to orchestrate processes across people, systems, and devices to continuously overcome complexity and increase efficiency. As a senior technical writer, my responsibilities are:

  • Driving documentation for AI agentic orchestration.
  • Driving documentation for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
  • Fostering cross-team collaboration with engineering, product, UX, and marketing teams.
  • Establishing company-wide documentation best practices and workflows.

Canonical

Canonical makes open source secure, reliable and easy to use, providing support for Ubuntu and a portfolio of enterprise-grade technologies. As a senior technical writer, my responsibilities were:

  • Driving documentation for the AI/ML portfolio.
  • Engaging with open source community.
  • Fostering cross-team collaboration with design, UX, engineering and product teams. 
  • Managing a team of five technical writers within the Documentation team.
  • Serving on the team’s leadership board.

RelationalAI

RelationalAI is a cloud-native AI coprocessor for data clouds and language models. Its relational knowledge graph system provides support for graph analytics, business rules, and other composite AI workloads. My work included:

  • How-to and concept user guides.
  • SDK manuals.
  • Libraries.
  • Troubleshooting use cases.
  • Marketing blogs.

Net2Plan

Net2Plan is an open-source Java tool devoted to the planning, optimization and evaluation of communication networks. My work included:

  • User guide.
  • API Javadoc.
  • Use Cases.
  • Videotutorials.
